This pendant features a vivid blue sapphire, suspended with a gold drop of fine granulation and a scattering of tonal blue sapphires.  

The gold drop is created from a single large gold granule, which is forged and rolled by hand - before being adorned with exquisite granulation detailing and sapphires.
