Each piece is handmade in Hannah’s London studio and some designs are made to order...
Delivery times vary depending upon the item and are stated on each individual item listing. Delivery is free in the UK and jewellery is packaged in beautiful, bespoke boxes.

Gifts
If you have a special delivery date in mind, please email and Hannah will try and prioritise your order. Bespoke orders can take between 6-8 weeks.

If you would like to check the progress of an order placed online, please get in contact and Hannah will be happy to provide you with an update on your order.

Packaging
Jewellery is beautifully packaged in branded boxes. The parcel is sent in an unbranded padded envelope with the company details discreetly included.

UK Orders: Delivery & VAT
Prices on the website are inclusive of UK VAT of 20%.
UK delivery is FREE and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This is an insured, trackable, next day service. The parcel will need a signature on arrival, so please ensure there is someone present to receive the goods.
Sale Items: Pieces made in gold will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service as above. Items made in silver will be sent by Royal Mail Signed for Delivery Service. A tracking number will be sent out when the piece is posted.

International Orders: Delivery & VAT
Please note that prices on the website are inclusive of UK VAT of 20%. If you are purchasing an item from outside the UK the VAT will automatically be removed at the checkout.
Shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland is temporarily paused due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) which came into effect on December 13, 2024. Apologies for any inconvenience caused - Hannah very much hopes to resume shipping to these destinations again in due time. Shipping to other international destinations will continue as usual.

International Postage
Orders over £500 are automatically sent via Option 2 / FedEx. With orders under £500 we offer two options for international delivery.
Any import duties, sales taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Paperwork detailing the contents of the parcel will accompany the package for customs purposes. -
Option 1.
Tracked and signed delivery is handled by UK Royal Mail and costs £15. This option can only be insured for up to £250 value. If the piece you are ordering is a higher value using this shipping method this will be at your own risk.
Delivery timeframe is usually 5 to 10 working days once the item has been dispatched. -
Option 2.
Insured and Tracked Delivery is handled by FedEx and costs £75. The package will travel via a tracked, insured service and require a signature upon arrival.
Delivery timeframe is usually 2 to 5 working days once the item has been dispatched.

return & exchange terms
You have 14 days to return or exchange goods for any reason. You are responsible for the safe return of items to Hannah Bedford Ltd.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
If returning from outside the UK, original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty. Nor can we refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the UK.
Products must be returned unworn and carefully repackaged in their original packing. On safe receipt we will then refund the cost of the goods.

Making arrangements
To arrange a return or exchange please email info@hannahbedford.co.uk quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.
Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Hannah Bedford packaging. Please send items for return to:

sale returns
Sale Items can be returned within 14 days. Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
Any items which have been made to size or altered from their original design cannot be returned, unless faulty.
Rings can be re-sized at request. Please contact Hannah to discuss and request a quote.
