PackagingAll jewellery is carefully packaged in branded boxes. The parcel is sent in an unbranded padded envelope, with our name and address discreetly included on the reverse.
Delivery InformationPlease visit our Delivery Page for details and note the specific details pertaining to each individual jewellery item listed in the shop, as well as our timescale for bespoke items and specialist services.
Returns and ExchangesYou have 14 days to return or exchange goods for any reason. You are responsible for the safe return of items to Hannah Bedford Ltd.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty. Nor can we refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the UK.
Products must be returned and carefully repackaged in their original packing. We will then refund the cost of the goods, but not the original delivery charge.
To arrange a return or exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Hannah Bedford packaging.

Late and Lost DeliveriesIf your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail / Fedex. Hannah Bedford Ltd cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty are:
- Bespoke pieces
- Customised pieces (pieces that have been altered from their original design shown online.)
Pricing and Payment
All the prices are shown in GBP (sterling). Goods are charged at the price stated on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. If you are purchasing an item from outside the UK the VAT will automatically be removed at the checkout. Prices are correct at time of publication. In the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Hannah Bedford reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Non UK residents will be liable for any import duties and taxes in the usual way.
All transactions are handled by a secure online independent payment service provider. We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron or Solo via the secure payment provider. Payment can also be made by online bank transfers. Please contact Hannah if you would like to pay by this method.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
DescriptionsStated sizes are accurate within reason. Variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the goods. Colours may vary from illustrations due to variations in computer monitors.

Terms of SaleOn receipt of payment for the goods that you ordered, you will receive an acceptance e-mail sent to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. Our acceptance of your order constitutes a legally binding contract. Therefore, only adults (persons aged 18 and over) and other individuals who are lawfully entitled to enter into a legally binding contract under English law can make a purchase on this site.
Hannah Bedford Ltd retains copyright of all designs, photography, text, and other content on this website, actionable in law for any breaches.

Here at Hannah Bedford Ltd we are a small team creating bespoke designs and small batch production in Hannah’s London studio. Hannah has built a loyal following of clients, and works closely with individuals and couples to create bespoke commissions. Hannah’s business is built on exceptional customer care and long-term relationships with our clients. For this reason, treating your personal data with complete confidentiality comes as a matter of course.
What is personal data? It is information that can be used to help identify an individual, such as name, address, phone number or email address.
Keeping in touch
We will always seek your permission to add you to the e-mail newsletter list. If you decide to sign up to our e-mail newsletter, your name and e-mail address will be used to send you details of upcoming events, studio news, special promotions and new jewellery designs.
We will only ever collect personal information such as name, postal address, phone number, email address with your explicit consent, whether in person at shows or via e-mail.
Buying from us
If you place an order from us in person at a craft show, open studio or jewellery event we will need to collect your contact details to fulfill your order.

Your personal data is securely stored in a password-protected document on our systems for a maximum of 5 years. At any time you are entitled to ask us for details of any personal information that we hold on you, or to ask that your details are deleted. Please contact us for this.
