Delivery
Each piece is handmade in Hannah’s London studio and some designs are made to order. Delivery times vary depending upon the item and are stated on each individual item listing. Delivery is free in the UK and jewellery is packaged in beautiful, bespoke boxes.
Please note that there have been some changes to our *International Delivery options, do see below for details.
UK delivery is FREE and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This is an insured, trackable, next day service. The parcel will need a signature on arrival, so please ensure there is someone present to receive the goods.
Please check the delivery time on the item you are ordering. To be safe, our last day for UK Postage for Christmas orders is generally 20 December in the UK and 10 December for International items outside the *EU and Northern Ireland.
If you are ordering a Christmas gift or need your item for a specific date please contact info@hannahbedford.co.uk as we may be able to prioritise your order and deliver sooner than the specified time.
Please note that prices on the website are inclusive of UK VAT of 20%. If you are purchasing an item from outside the UK the VAT will automatically be removed at the checkout.
Orders over £500 are automatically sent via Option 2 / FedEx. For orders under £500 we offer two options for international delivery:
Option 1. Tracked and signed delivery is handled by UK Royal Mail and costs £15. This option can only be insured for up to £250 value. If the piece you are ordering is a higher value using this shipping method this will be at your own risk. Delivery timeframe is usually 5 to 10 working days once the item has been dispatched.
Option 2. Insured and Tracked Delivery is handled by FedEx and costs £75. The package will travel via a tracked, insured service and require a signature upon arrival. Delivery timeframe is usually 2 to 5 working days once the item has been dispatched.
Please note
Any import duties, sales taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Paperwork detailing the contents of the parcel will accompany the package for customs purposes.

All our jewellery is carefully packaged in beautiful, bespoke, branded boxes. The parcel is sent in an unbranded padded envelope with our name and address discreetly included on the reverse.

Delivery for Sale Items
Pieces made in gold will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service as above. Items made in silver will be sent by Royal Mail Signed for Delivery Service. A tracking number will be sent out when the piece is posted.

*We have temporarily paused shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland due to the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) that comes into effect on December 13, 2024. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and very much hope to resume shipping to these destinations again in due time.
